Completed 10k outdoor bike ride (21:00) and then retested 250903 using 135lb power cleans. 11R + 5 TTb.

Missed yesterday for a back twinge.

Way too long of breaks btwn exercises, but all sets UB, overhand grip in all 10 lifts. Forearms a little jelly-like right now.

One of my very first CF workouts. Still remember it, in about 2008 at Hurlburt Field. It utterly fried me, and was unable to do 135# deads UB.
