We offer all new clients an opportunity to meet our coaches and experience our training style with a FREE TRAINING SESSION. During this session we will review your goals and how our nutritional and training support would guarantee results. If you enjoy your training experience and would like to continue with one of our trainers, you can choose between one of our monthly personal training plans. We offer 3 month or 6 month commitments at 2 or 3x per week. Significant discounts for the 6 month commitment.
