5 deadlifts (255lb for men, 185lb for women)

The weights for the deadlifts are the weights used at the CrossFit games. Scale the weight as needed, but be sure to record your weight so you can track your progress in the future.
Also check the exercise demos link and search for deadlifts if you need a refresher on the technique & form.
Oh yeah, in case you didn’t notice, you might want to buy a stopwatch for this CrossFit stuff….unless you are going to just come to Prime!
