GETTING STARTED

We offer all new clients an opportunity to meet our coaches and experience our training style with a FREE TRAINING SESSION. During this session we will review your goals and how our nutritional and training support would guarantee results. If you enjoy your training experience and would like to continue with us, you can choose between our 2 focused personal training programs (Strength or Weight Loss). Both 5 week programs are guaranteed or your money back. In both programs you will get leaner and stronger, but each program's guarantee, training, measurements, and nutrition focuses more on the primary goal (program) you choose. 

 

 GUARANTEED WEIGHT LOSS

Our guaranteed weight loss program will improve your health and body composition by following a custom 5 week weight loss training and nutritional program. Along the way you will learn a lot that will empower your ability to continue with a healthy lifestyle as you go forward.  With all that said, we do only accept clients that are serious about making a change in their life. We feel we provide the answer but you will need to be accountable to your diet and training.

GUARANTEED STRENGTH

Our guaranteed strength program emphasizes strength and power by following a 5 week strength cycle complimented with other various assistance lifts, Interval training, and plyo-metrics. Your unique training sessions will be comprised of things like classic strength lifts, strong man movements, prowler work, and short bursts of high intensity interval work. Whether you are a man or woman, our custom program is guaranteed to enhance your strength, form, and function.
