How To Get Started @CrossFit Prime

1. Schedule Your Free Workshop:

All new members or potential members are asked to complete our Fundamentals Workshop before attending our regular classes. This seminar is intended to introduce you to the body mechanics and progressions associated with our core strength and plyo-metric movements. Gaining body awareness from the Fundamentals Workshop is important to exercise safely and efficiently in our regular classes. Proper progressions and mechanics allow you to protect your body while maximizing the results you get from our program. For more workshop details, click here.

No matter what your starting level is, we ask that you complete a workshop. However, if you consider yourself an experienced CrossFiter already we do offer a chance to “test out” of the workshop on the day of. The Fundamentals Workshop takes place every 2 weeks. This gives you enough time between workshops to find one on a weekend that works best for you. If you feel for some reason you just can’t wait for the next workshop, please contact us and we will try and accommodate your needs.

Each workshop lasts roughly 3 hours max and will get you ready for classes at CrossFit Prime. We never stop teaching and working with you as a member, but this intro program will get you off to a great start. It will also give you a great sense of what you can expect at CrossFit Prime, and whether or not this program is right for you. We also offer a chance for you to try out some classes the week after completion of your workshop if you are still unsure about joining.

1B. 2013 Winter Fundamentals Workshop Schedule:

2. BECOMING A MEMBER:

After completion of your workshop you will have the option to join as a member that day or accept an offer to try out a few classes during the following week. Unlike other CrossFit gyms that force members into weeks of boring and mundane beginner classes, we allow our new members to begin coming to regular CrossFit classes right away. WHY? 1 – We make sure that you have a grasp of the concepts and movements of CrossFit from the workshops. 2 – All of our workouts during our regular CrossFit classes can be scaled to meet your current situation and needs. 3 – We give a lot of individual instruction even in the group classes so you always feel confident in what you are doing. 4 – Our ACTIVE MEMBERS also serve as MENTORS for our NEW MEMBERS creating an environment that accelerates your understanding of the program and best of all your results.

2a. MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES:

1 - 4 classes a month = $72 per month

2 - 8 classes a month = $120 per month

3 - 12 classes a month = $140 per month

4 - Unlimited classes a month = $150 per month

*15% off for groups of 2 or more | 10% off for active military and students

All packages offer access to our 1hr long CrossFit classes, open gym times, nutritional support to reach your goals, and free access to an online workout log called beyond the white board  to track your progress.

2C. PT, Wellness, & Sports Performance:

We also offer personal training sports performance training and nutritional counseling. Please contact us for rates as they differ based on the number of sessions you sign up for. The more sessions you lock in, the cheaper it is. Also, drastic reductions are available if you want personal training for more than just you. Bring a friend, husband, or wife for serious price discounts per person. 2 or 3 friends can train for just a little more than the price of one. Details can also be found on the Private training tab listed on the right of the website.
