1) FREE CLASS
Come to a class for free to get a taste of our training and environment. Bring someone with you, to get an extra free class. Our free classes are offered on Wed at 7pm and Sat at 10:30am. These classes go through the core movements of our program and feature small workouts at the end that only include the exercises taught in that particular class. If you are unable to attend one of these classes, please call to schedule a free one on one session to introduce you to our program and facility. Please call to let us know if you are coming to the class or need to schedule a one on one.
2) BECOMING A MEMBER
If you choose to become a member you would need to attend our the full cycle of our Elements classes or complete 3 one on one sessions before being put into classes. This is to review the fundamental elements of the most important movements & exercises. This is required to be sure the movements are understood by the student and done properly and safely.
Once you go through our fundamentals training, you can begin to train in our classes. Don’t worry, we give alot of individual instruction even in the group classes. We have a rule on trainer to student ratios to ensure quality. Think about it, with us, every time you go to workout, you have a personal trainer.
3) PACKAGES
We offer different packages for our classes, so we like to review them with you in person. What we offer is a high quality service that is unique, thus we like to give people a taste of it before they assume or make any decisions. In general, they are all unlimited packages(as many classes per week as you want), and the price changes based on your commitment.
We also offer personal training. Please contact us for rates as they differ based on the number of sessions you sign up for. The more sessions you lock in, the cheaper it is. Also, drastic reductions are available if you want personal training for more than just you. Bring a friend, husband, or wife for serious price discounts per person. 2 or 3 friends can train for just a little more than the price of one.

Why do people become members at CrossFit Prime?
For the Novice
1. You are getting instruction & Programming with every class. If you come 4 times a week, each session cost you roughly 6$ compared to a personal trainer at 50 - 100$ an hour.
2. Group environment that is much like a family or friends. It is a very inspiring, supportive, and respectful environment. It’s like you are a kid again and you are part of club…..but this club happens to get you in the best shape of your life.
3. Safety - You have someone teaching the proper form and technique to lifting - you are not on your own winging it.
4. Live Longer and Become more functional - As we age, we lose flexibilty, muscle, and functionality. Not to be morbid, but it is the dying process. Delay the onset of the aging process by staying active, increasing your muscle mass, and learning new skills. Whether it’s mental or physical, we age faster by letting ourselves become inactive and/ or not challenging our mind in new ways.
For the Experienced
1. You can’t train like this at your globo gym. Do they have bumper plates? Can you combine different elements to your workout without someone jumping on the equipment? Can you do olympic lifts, wall ball, sprints, ring dips, or kettlebell training? Can you flip tires, do ball slams, or compete against yourself and others?
2. The training environment - Our classes will include people of different skill sets, some advanced, some novice and a bunch in between. But something about training with someone else or having someone there to drive you brings a little more out of you than if you were by yourself.
3. Bored to death? - Some of the advanced or experienced have been in love with the CrossFit style for awhile……but some are experienced lifters that are just bored and tired of the old body building routine. Monday is chest day…tues is back ….Are you tired of that? Do you want to get sick just thinking about doing the exact same thing again? Have you reached a platau? It’s probably because you lack inspiration or you are not confusing your muscles enough to cause adaptation or growth. The muscle requires new stimulus to have continued growth!
