STRENGTH
5 x Max Rep Dips
5 x Max Rep Dead Hang Pull ups
Scale accordingly by doing dips that match your skill level. Athletes that cannot do dead hang pull ups should replace with body weight rows.
WOD – 3 Rounds for time
After each round, athletes much rest for 1 1/2 minutes.
20 Push Press (95/65)
30 Sit ups
50m walking lunge

First coat in the bedroom is complete. Still have to spackle the closet and paint that, then the downstairs ceiling. Need 2 costs in the bedroom and one for the ceiling. Hopefully I can get it all done in time for a workout. I will keep you all posted cause I know the excitement is killing you. Please refer to the weekly update section if you’re not up to date
