We got a quick hitter this week. I want to remind everyone that this weeks skills session will be a nutrition talk. I will cover any questions you may have. We will start at 12pm and go until 2pm. Please sign up next to the board if you plan on attending.

    Short week for me as vacation starts! I’ll be in Monday and Tuesday, but then I’m out until after the week of the 4th of July. Road tripping to Cleveland, OH, Nashville, TN, and Evansville, IN. Hope to be checking out some Crossfit Gyms in the area!

    I’ll be checking in to see what I’m missing. Have a safe and wonderful Summer holiday season!

      Mike – GoCrossFit, in Nashville, was my first CF gym. Its not large, but really good people / instruction and equipment.

    So how’s that weekly vote for the Saturday WOD coming along? Tally still in progress, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn…? -BC

      Ended up doing the following (without Bob)…

      40 Doubleunders (or 40 singles and 20 tuck jumps)
      30 Wallballs (20/15)
      20 KB Swings (50/35)
      10 Ringdips
      5 HSPU
      10 GHD sit-ups
      20 Pull-ups
      30 Boxjumps (24/20)
      40 DUs (or sub as above).
