    As the 5,6 and 7 pm classes have been packed lately might I suggest some activity while you wait? Throw some burpees, hspu, plyo pushups, swings, etc in there for extra puke factor while you wait for your turn to come around.

    340lbs at round 5 for me and I stopped as I need my legs for a lot of walking tomorrow at Dorney with my kids. The 340 consisted of plates and Traci on the prowler! Colin gave her a ride one way, I gave her the round trip back.

    Hope you enjoyed it, Traci! Nice job to the 5 for pushing themselves….er, pulling. I really like using the prowler, but I can’t remember how much doing anything else CrossFit that makes me want to collapse after finishing.

    Extra stuff between rounds???? No thanks!

    I’m off for two weeks…hotel workouts with a pool and free weights! I’ll miss y’all and I’ll keep people posted.
