*There is a mandatory 5min rest in between each max effort exercise.

    I thought I would like this more than I did. Too much shoulder work for me. I had problems lifting my fork at dinnertime!

    Great workout although I would have liked to be allowed some more weight on bench presses. I did appreciate using the PVC pipe for the overhead squats, but I noticed no one actually lasted the whole 3 minutes without a break. Maybe next time James will trust me with some weight on OHS. :) By the way, Sacha and James, you guys were very helpful. Thanks!!
