    Ugh, B2B Tabatas. Squatting is not my new best friend recently as my legs have been telling me. I think I’ll be hearing from those in agreement this afternoon during this workout! T2B I can deal with.

    As an experiment, I wonder how many reps we actually do in a week of various movements. It would be interesting to count and add them up some week. I bet the numbers would be impressive.

    We did a little TAG (that all you got) in the morning class since we had some time left. Just 75 swings(53/35) for time. Marlow was top dog with 3:03 in 6am. I Welcome evening classes to do as well if there is the time.

    I get up 4:20am and after the morning routine, it’s time to check out CFP for what I have to look forward to after my work day as I usually don’t look forward to work – just working out!

    How do you know I have no underpants on? You have a camera in my house? Need to see me in action, or creep on me sleeping? :)

    Lots and Lots of “pain” and grimaces and “how can just squats hurt so much” going on in the 5PM class! Gotta love it.

    Nice efforts for all who tackled the TAG today. I was under the best of the day for guys (but so were some others this afternoon!) Great work!
