400m relay requires each partner to run 200m. 200m lunge is split between partners, with only one partner going at a time until the 200m is complete. Only one partner works at a time to complete wall and med ball situps are completed together one partner passing the ball to the other partner. 200m Stretcher carry is 2 bars with 10′s on each side Rx for ladies and 25′s on each side Rx for men.

I was anticipating a zillion people for the skills class today, but just got Sean and David. So, personalized instruction for them!! Both made great progress.
Let’s here some ideas on what folks would like to see / learn in 2 weeks!!! I am open to running the kipping class again, but would like to have an idea of who would come before deciding on what to focus on.

How about a double dutch class?
I can teach you to double clutch, but I know notta about Double Dutch!!
