    speaking of snatch, last night I learned that if you blurt out, “Hey Hon, I PR’d my snatch!” in a group of (non-CrossFit) people you will get a lot of weird looks…

    Even a 30 second turn on Battle Ropes were a bitch!

    I’m glad I did as well as I did for the WOD especially after getting a PR 1 rep push press, and then battle roping.

    I want to wish everyone competing tomorrow in the Broad Street Run a safe trip, and record times! I might even be able to get myself in next year.
