Welcome Back Tommy!!

Double T getting good depth on his thrusters.

Double T getting good depth on his thrusters.

We would like to welcome back Tom T. to CrossFit Prime after his 2 month hiatus. Tom is a charter member of CFP and definitely one of it’s biggest fans. You may know Tom as the guy who stands back, smiles and says “you know, you just gotta do it” at the hardest moment of his workout. Mark and John remember Tom as the guy who showed up to help unload the soda machine in the pouring rain before CFP was even open. That is how excited he was to have a Training Facility of this type in his area!

Tom recently had to take sometime off from CFP, but is back now and determined to reach his goals. We support Tom in his efforts to achieve the level of health and fitness he has always wanted for himself and his family. There is no doubt in our minds that he will reach that level and beyond. Remember what they say - 90% of success in life is just showing up, so if he or anyone makes the commitment to themself to get their ass in here on the regular, then this community will take care of the rest.

So if you see Tom on the streets of Philly or at CrossFit Prime show him some love and tell him, “you just gotta do it, Tommy”!!

Welcome Back, Tom! Your son coming back, too?

I don’t know why you had to take a bit of a siesta from CrossFit, but I’m happy that you’re back ready for action! I hope you meet all of your health goals.

I’m usually in on MWF 6PM (the Superhero Class), and for extra fun the Saturday morning class, so hope to see you then!

This is a general shout out to everyone a CFP. We have a bunch of events coming up. This weekend is the sectionals for the crossfit games where Keith will be holdin it down for CFP. I can’t wait to go cheer him on and hope some more people can join our fan club and help root for the home team. (I’ve already stocked up on throat lozenges because I’m pretty sure I’m gonna lose my voice)
Next weekend will be the fight for air stair climb, 50 flights and 1,088 steps. We have team formed but could still use some more members to help us reach our fund raising goals. Later that night is our “business meeting” at Ashburner Inn. Then fastforward to May 2nd and we have a team participating in the ToughMudder. It’s a crazy obstacle course that looks like an awesome feat to tackle and they’re running out of slots, so if you wanna join our team now is the time! Gotta love a field trip Crossfit style.
    See you guys soon.

I am so proud to be a part of this “community” at CFP. I look forward to all the upcoming events that Nicole mentioned as well as many more to come. It is because of the members that I look forward to coming to the gym to get my ass kicked! I look forward to this community in increasing in size and being together for a long time. Love you all!!! (Sorry to get all girlie on you!!!)

    BTW…Last night’s workout was awesome…Keep’em comin boys!
