Great Weather For A Great Workout!
We have been telling you for weeks now that once the weather breaks expect us to start introducing new and fun ways to train. Today’s workout was nothing new, but the running throughtout the WOD was a nice break from the norm.
As the weather continues to improve be prepared for your daily workouts to be much more dynamic and intense both physically and mentally in their overall structure. Enjoy the rest of this beautiful weekend and we will see you all next week!

Kelly is a bitch. I’m glad I do not know anyone named Kelly because I would probably hate them.
I need to cut about 3 1/2 minutes off so I can be happy with Kelly. I’m surprised I lasted as long as I did. Doing yesterday’s workout probably did not help with my time on Kelly.

Mentally intense too? What does this mean - name the muscles that are being worked during the WOD? Can’t wait!
