Push Press:
-3 Sets of Maximum Reps@Bodyweight
*If the athlete cannot push press his or her on BW then push press 85% of that.
4 Rounds For Time:
-15 SDHP
-30 Double Unders
-15 Burpees
*Double Unders should be scaled with tuck jumps. No singles are allowed for this workout.
Gym Update:
*The team page for the American Lung Association Stair Climb (taking place on March 20th) is up and running. Janet DiSalvo is your team captain and will be coordinating the days efforts. To go to the team page please click here. There will also be a CrossFit Prime member night out taking place later that evening at the Ashburner Inn in Northeast Philadelphia.
*On Saturday March 6th the 9:30am CrossFit class will be moved up to 9:00am and there will be no open gym time on this day. On Saturday March 13th we will be closed for the day, as we will be attending the CrossFit Games Sectionals. We encourage all of you to do the same. We will resume a normal Saturday schedule on March 20th.

Happy 39th Birthday, Dennis! It’s nice for you to join my club after only a week being in it. And yes, as you said today I am older and always will be. I’m glad to have young gun Janet representing the 20s age group.
I impressed myself with the push press on the last round getting the most reps out of my 3! Too bad I then had to do less weight for the WOD Sumos. Good workout by all. Kevin did well pulling through for 3 rounds! In time, you’ll be caught up to us superheros!

I wasn’t feeling too well when I got there tonight - nothing serious, just a little tired and run down. By the time I finished though I felt GREAT. That is, shortly after I finished, I felt GREAT. Loved the WOD! Won’t be able to get back in there until Saturday and I can’t wait. Hope to see a big crowd there.
Glad to hear that you had a great birthday. The WOD last night was awesome…despite throwing my rope in disgust of the double-unders. I am sad to say that I will be missing “Nasty Girls” on Friday…a very fitting workout for me HAHA. I will have to do something on my own. Look forward to seeing everyone back on Monday.
