Warm Up: 100 Double Unders

Shoulder Press: 5-5-5-5-5
*Work up to 82% of your 1RM and add 5lbs

For Time:
-5 Farmers Walk
-100 Air Squats
-4 Farmers Walk
-80 Situps
-3 Farmers Walk
-60 Pushups
-2 Farmers Walk
-40 KBS
-1 Farmer Walk
-20 Burpees
*1 complete rep of a farmers walk goes from one end of the mat to the other.

    We haven’t had an endurance WOD like this one in a while. It was exhausting! Happy to say I was able to use the 1 1/2 pd kettlebell without hurting my back. This was a good one.

    I hope the snow does not keep me away on Wednesday!

    Awesome workout…despite feeling nauseous at the end. My favorite part was having John follow me around with his I-phone videoing me. Look forward to Wednesday’s snowy workout…my 6 pm team better come out with force!

    Dennis…..I think you can see more than just some upper leg! and Bob ..that guys does look like a champion! If you meet him, tell him i said he is an beast in the making! Mike, did you get jealous when John was videoing our queen like that? Next time someone videos our lady like that…take em out for me. You are a super hero for christ’s sake! If john starts videoing her ….jump up in front of him and start jump tucking until john passes out.
